In case anybody cared, Max followed standard procedure for using the CCTV cameras: broke in, change the feed to the City Hall, and change the time to 14:25. It's always a different set of people, and since usually whatever you need to do is through hacking, the police, if they DO see what you're looking at, are baffled. There are a lot of different rules that the supervillain community in Montreal adhere to, and I'm really excited to show you what kind of rules Max will be following - or breaking - and the kind of gear he has in the coming issues (yes, those were gloves that short-circuit the keypad, and he DOES have a supercomputer in his broom closet, and there IS a black market dealer for high tech hacking gear, and there IS a darknet but in this universe it's more of a supervillains-R-Us on the internet than anything else).
